Cancelation:

Order cancellation must be made within 24 hours from time of purchase.

Exchanges: 

If you received the wrong item -size, style, color, model- or you received a damaged item from The Coffee & The Arts. You might request an exchange.

  • The exchange must be requested within 15 days since the date in which item is delivered.
  • The correct item or a new item will be sent to you with no additional cost, depending on each individual request.
  • Items must be unused for the return.

Refunds:

If you are unsatisfied with products you purchased from The Coffee & The Arts. You might request a refund.

  • The refund must be requested within 15 days since the date in which item is delivered.
  • Full or partial refund will be issued depending on each individual request and the conditions of the returned item; within 5 to 7 days from the date in which the item is received in our Returns and Exchanges Department.

If you did not receive your order within 60 days from the purchase at The Coffee & The Arts. You might request a full refund.

  • A full refund will be issued within 5 to 7 days from the date in which the request is received in our Returns and Exchanges Department.

  • Give us details about what happened.

NO partial or full refund will be issued under the following circumstances:

  • For any local or national fee(s) required for delivery in the destination country. These must be paid by the customer.
  • Failure to retrieve the package(s) from local customs or local post office in the destination country. This is the costumer’s responsibility.
