RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We work to ensure you love everything you order from us and we stand by a 100% satisfaction policy! Since your satisfaction is your priority and in case you are not happy with your order we’ve made the return process easy for you.

RETURNS POLICY

The Coffee and The Arts’s policy is to issue a refund for qualified merchandise returned in original, unused condition within 45 days (effective 3/12/2020) of your shipment confirmation date for most items, exceptions stated below. Items must be unworn and tags must be attached. Final sale and custom items are not eligible for a return, refund or credit.

RETURN PROCESSING FEE

  • Shipping is free on your 1st return for any order. You must use the shipping label we provide to send back and postmark the package within 45 days from the purchase date.
  • After your 1st return a flat rate cost of return shipping, USD $9.95, will be deducted from your refund. If your refund is less than USD $9.95, the return shipping fee will be charged to your original form of payment once your return is processed. 

*The shipping label we provide only works if you are shipping within the US. For returns outside the US you can use any shipping method you like, just make sure it’s postmarked no later than 45 days from the purchase date.

RETURN PROCESS

  1. Click the “START A RETURN” on this page
  2. Fill out the Order Number (if returning only one item of a multiple item order specify the item), Your Email, Reason for your return, and Submit.
  3. You will receive the return shipping label on an email. Print the return label and securely tape it on the outside of your return package.
  4. Leave your package in the closest postal office and wait for your refund.

CREDIT

  • Allow 7-14 business days to process your return. You will receive the funds back to the same card or account used to pay. 
  • Credit for the merchandise returned less a USD $9.95 return processing fee will be credited back to the original form of payment.
  • Allow 72 hours for the credit to appear on your statement.
  • You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing.
  • We will NOT be including the original shipping fee and insurance because they are non-refundable.
  • During high volume seasons such as Black Friday or Christmas, additional time of up to 1 week may be needed to process your refunds.

EXCHANGES POLICY

We do not offer direct exchanges for prices or item exchanges. To exchange an item for a new size or color you must place a return for the unwanted item(s) and place a new web order for the desired item(s). Your returned item will be processed and refund granted to original form of payment as long as the item meets our return policy terms. Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed.

WRONG ITEM, COLOR OR SIZE

If we shipped you the wrong item, please let us know in the comment section of the return form. It is important that you let us know ahead of time so we may assist you with return processing fees. If you do not inform us about this, you are responsible for all return processing charges. Please be prepared with a detailed description (photos) of the difference between the item you ordered and the item you received. Please note: Volente is not responsible for shipping, handling, gift wrap, and other additional charges for returned items.
