FAQ'S

All orders are processed within 2 business days and shipped within 3-5 business days. Deliveries take 7-21 business days and in rare cases 30+ business days outside the US depending on the customs office of your country. 

Worldwide orders take 7-21 business days and in rare cases can take 30+ business days. Please note in some countries, customs may cause an additional delay in delivery. We recommend that you keep an eye on your tracking. 

Please check your spam folder for our tracking email, sometimes our emails end up there. If you do not receive your tracking number within 7 business days after your order is processed, please contact us here.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours after your purchase to receive a full refund. Please allow 7-14 business days to process your full refund.

Pay With Credit/Debit Card

The available credit card options are listed above. The credit card companies listed above are the most commonly used credit cards on this website. Do not worry if your credit card company is not listed, we encourage you to go ahead and make the purchase.
Please note that The Coffee and The Arts does not collect your credit/debit card number or personal information when you make a payment. For questions regarding your transactions on our site, please consult your card-issuing bank for information.

 

Pay With PayPal

When you place an order with Paypal you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password. You may still check out even without a PayPal account. To do so, please click on “Pay with Debit/Credit Card” and you’ll be redirected to a secure page where you can enter your credit card information or complete your payment safely via PayPal.
 
  •  You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags attached and the original packaging.
  • Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package. To your original form of payment.
  • We will NOT be including the original shipping fee and insurance because they are non-refundable.
  • During high volume seasons such as Black Friday or Christmas, additional time of up to 1 week may be needed to process your refunds.
